Eve Stryker is having a bad night. Actually, her life hasn't exactly been easy, but growing up as the love child of an Fae Princess and a mundane man she has never met taught her to cope. Just when she thinks life can't get any worse than standing on a corner with her life stuffed into two trash bags, here comes trouble. Val--tall, glowing, hair-that-is-only-in-shampoo-commercials Val--has come to save her, or so he says. One can never trust a Fae, especially when he claims he's from the Seelie Court. With the current Fae Queen certifiable and the Unseelie King believing Eve is the key to conquering both courts, Val promises to be the easiest problem she has to deal with. If he doesn't kill her first.
